Returns & Exchanges
Goods in unused, resalable condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 business days. After 7 days 20% restocking fee will apply. Goods may not be returned or exchanged after 30 days.
Seal-broken oils, lotions, gels, or creams cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons, some items cannot be returned such as footwear, pillows, and garments.
